What you'll learn

  • Judge which tasks in your own work lend themselves to AI support, and justify that choice.

What you'll learn, module by module

    How the technology works

What a large language model does, and the error types that follow from the way it is built.

  2. 2

AI in the work around care

Which tasks lend themselves to it in reporting, correspondence and knowledge work, and how to verify the output against a fixed protocol.

  3. 3

    Where the line is

Professional secrecy, special categories of personal data under the GDPR, and the AI Act including the rules for high-risk systems.
