2. AI Workforce Revolution (2025)
How AI is transforming jobs, tasks and organisational structures.
Based on interviews with 40+ directors and HR leaders, this study reveals how fast AI changes work: 87% expect role replacement, 63% foresee hiring for completely new profiles, and 84% see an urgent need for large-scale AI upskilling.
3. Data Skills of the Future (2024)
What data & AI skills organisations value most — and where the biggest gaps are.
A large quantitative study discovering that while 69% of organisations want to invest heavily in data skills, only ~20% of employees actually follow training. Data understanding remains the #1 skill, and GenAI is the biggest capability gap.
