Why this track

Most organisations have AI tools. Few have AI adoption.

Our research among 80 L&D experts and more than 10,000 vacancies shows the gap is not technology. It is leadership: choosing what to build, keeping it under control, and getting people to work differently.

You pick one real decision at the intake and keep it throughout. Every afternoon works on it, each led by one specialist from the AI Leadership Day.

Good to know

How much time does it take?
About 20 contact hours: an intake, three workshop afternoons and a closing afternoon at Science Park, and three one-hour check-ins. Plus some preparation on your own case and three roundtables afterwards.
What does it cost?
€2,450 per person, exempt from VAT. Financing is possible via SLIM, UWV, TechMeUp or payment in instalments.
What language is the programme in?
English or Dutch, depending on the group.
Can we do this with our own leadership team?
Yes. We also run the track in-company, on your own case and your own dates. Mention it in the intake.
How do I sign up?
Plan an intake call. We select on fit rather than order of arrival, because the value of the room depends on who is in it. Intakes take place in December and January.
